Ana the fruiterer

November 30, 2010

Mum asked me to do some work at the fruit and vege wholesale markets today.

I checked some of the Calypso mango pallets

Discussed how sales were going with David

And checked the ripeness levels of the avocados

If only I could fly

Giddy up

Me mid-rock on my new horsey

How to get to New Zealand for free

November 27, 2010

All Mum has to do is seal the box up, address it to Abuela and take me to the post office

What do you mean you don't think it's a good idea, Mum?

Picture for Papi

November 26, 2010

I made a special picture for Papi today.  I used glitter and paint and cupcake papers.  He liked it so much he said he’s going to take it with him on his trip next week!

Oh, and a quick update on Papi’s hairy face:  his moustache has raised $413 for the Movember foundation so far!

Driving a little car…

Isn’t half as cool as driving a GREAT BIG car!

My new favourite food.  Veal tortellini!  (Papi’s favourite is balancing on the top of the pram behind me).

Speeding ticket

November 23, 2010

We were going so fast along South Bank this evening I thought the flash was a speed camera!  I was too busy looking around to notice Mum had sprinted on ahead of us.

Up stairs

November 22, 2010

I recently discovered that some houses have stairs in them which poses a great opportunity for a bit of climbing.  This is a picture of my first solo climb above one step.  Only a few attempts later I made it to the very top!  (unfortunately nothing higher than this was captured on camera as the camera crew doubled as the safety team)

Girls weekend away

November 21, 2010

Sophia and I decided to take a break from our busy city lives and have a relaxing weekend at North Stradbroke Island.

We took the ferry over together

and we rented a house with big red chairs that we chased each other around

There was a massive sandpit across the road

and a massive swimming pool

We took our siesta outside in the breeze

We used special transportation for the North Gorge walk

Wow! What a great weekend away
