The kite festival

Herman park held a kite festival today.

Hermann park held its first ever kite festival today.

With our butterfly kite ready to go we headed there for a day of fun.

It took a few attempts, but once we got her going she was away.

    Just as well you were there for the first ever kite festival! Hermann Park is so big – better not get lost! Stay close to Mum and Papi.

      That’s why they have the train there! Some people actually use the train to get around the park to different parts and back to their car and so on rather than just go for a joy ride like we did.
