Out of our swimmers, showered and dressed we decided to check out the Japanese restaurant.

We all decided the Italian was the best one.

As much fun as the Japanese night was, as a group we decided the Italian was the best all round restaurant at the resort.

Icecream for dessert.  That's universal, isn't it?

But if it was just up to Rafa and I, we would have said the icecream parlour at the Gran Caribe was the best food spot. Ice cream is universal, isn’t it?

    Iggy likes double chocolate icecream – actually, double chocolate anything, really. I like maple and walnut. What’s your favourite flavour, Rafa?
