They got to do 'VIP' things such as go to the big pool the contains the International Space Station replica. The astronauts train for working on the ISS and apart from the drag of the water it's pretty close to how it feels in space.

They also got a tour of the warehouse that holds the internal replica of the space station, also for training purposes and the robotics department where this robot asto-car was hanging out.

The Mission Control Building was a highlight. This is where the team are currently controlling the ISS. That's the Flight Director (the big boss) and the CapCom (communications) in the foreground.

Up a few floors was the old Mission Control. It was incredible to think that they flew astronauts to the moon with this technology. Screens, dial phones and hand written notes.

We learnt about the different gravitational pulls on different planets. (It's hard to lift that weight on Earth, much easier on Jupiter)

I am relying on you guys to get this space travel stuff sorted, because your uncle William tells me he’ll come home to see me when people inhabit Mars.
