Breakfast with Tasman and Alex’s Pirate Birthday Bash

Not only was the sun already shining bright when we woke up this morning but we also went to our friends house for breakfast (Tasman's house, with his people, Naomi and Ken)

The sun was shining bright this morning for our breakfast at Tasman’s house (and his people, Naomi and Ken)

Tasman was a little unsure of us at first, but when we went down to the park he was happy to walk with us.

I had to help Rafa at first.

I had to help Rafa at first.

But he got the hang of it.

But he got the hang of it.

And kept wanting to go around and around and around.

And then he kept wanting to go around and around and around.

As if the day wasn't fun enough already, we then had Alex's pirate birthday party in the afternoon.

As if morning with Tasman wasn’t exciting enough, in the afternoon we had Alex’s pirate party.

We fought on the plank.

We fought on the plank.

Dug for buried treasure.

Dug for buried treasure.

Threw hoops onto pirate hooks.

Swam to get around the bubble wrap islands.

Swept the ship's deck.

Swept the ship’s deck.

In a relay.

In a relay.

And slay a couple of alligators.

And slay a couple of alligators.

All in an afternoon's work, me maties.

I think that it would be those ‘gators that are the darnedest things. Not many of us get to deal with ‘gators.

Another fun day, another party!! Love the pearls with your pink dress, Ana. The perfect outfit for a pirate’s party! Rafa, you look really cool and you have obviously mastered that sword!

Oh yeah, I have the sword thing down. I even kept it down the back of my shirt when I needed both hands, but to keep easy access if I required it in a hurry.
