Cariboo

October 28, 2012

I’m kind of starting to dig wet Sunday afternoons especially when we Cariboo the day away.

Before the game starts we have to hide the balls under the board pieces by putting them into the secret tunnels. Rafa was good at this part.

Then the game begins.  Papi picked up a square card so we had to find a picture with a square in it.  There are colours, letters and numbers to find too.

When we match a card to a board piece we use the special key to open up the doors and check to see if there is a ball inside for us to collect.

Rafa would clap and cheer every time we found a ball.

But then we got a little stuck trying to match some of the cards and pieces.

Until we worked out that we were trying to match beginners cards with advanced board pieces.

The game ends when collectively we’ve found all the balls and as the last one gets dropped into the pool the treasure chest opens. What a great game!
