Another no-school-because-of-rain day

June 16, 2015

We’re home from the office again today because of tropical storm and flash flood warnings.

So we decided to make some banana muffins for dessert.

The plan in action:  heeee ya!  We got those bananas smashed.

We stirred the smashed bananas into almond flour, honey, eggs and spices.
